This is a very heart warming and delightful story. It sounds like Captain Pam lived a full life and crossed the bar on her own terms. We should all be so fortunate. And absolute praise for Pam’s crew.

I’m glad that I came upon this story while I was reading up on wet weather gear, and remembering that the drysuit that I bought myself, earlier this year, is also capable of keeping me dry from rain. I’m seventy-four, myself, and am grateful to be able to get out in my own little twelve foot plywood skiff.
